I love Smart Agile...but not stupid AGILE! ---- Smart Agile uses the best tools, techniques and thinking from real RE/BA to create MORE value for the stakeholders in any type of project for any type of product/service or change... my comments on Agile is based on a thorough understanding of RE/BA with the goal to explicitly show and argue that we need to use BOTH legs ...RE/BA AND Agile!
